How do I know if the box is asking for the password of my email account
If the box shows something like 'Windows Security', 'Microsoft Outlook' or 'Mail Application',
then it is asking you to use the password of your email account.
If you don't see 'Windows Security', 'Microsoft Outlook' or 'Mail Application' in the box title,
then proceed with the steps below.
Step 1: Check if your email address is linked to a Microsoft Account
If you are unsure if your email address is linked to a Microsoft account,
please visit www.microsoft.com and click the login icon near the top right of the page.

Step 2: Check the title of the popup boxes first
If you see this Microsoft logo, it is asking for the password of your Microsoft account.
If you can login to your Microsoft account in Step 1, then use that same Microsoft account password in the following boxes.
(Important don't use your email password)
Step 3: Try removing any username showing your email address from Microsoft Office Apps
If Step 2 doesn't work, it means Microsoft Office Apps may have accidentally saved your email address as a Microsoft account.
If so, try removing your email address from your Microsoft Office Apps (refer to screenshot below)
