Our Remote Assistance Session typically covers the following:

  1. Guiding customer to configure their computer email client, which includes Outlook, Windows Live Mail, Outlook Express and Thunderbird.

  2. Guiding customer to configure their computer FTP client software, including FileZilla and FlashFXP.

  3. Website maintenance

  4. Website building training

Please note that our customer support is provided to answer server-related and account-related questions. Questions related to users' device-related questions will be based on a case-to-case basis.

  1. By providing the TeamViewer ID and Password, a customer gives consent to access the respective PC/Notebook during the Teamviewer session.
