Using Splashtop SOS for Remote Assistance
Splashtop SOS is an easy and friendly desktop sharing software. Our Remote Assistance Session Team use it to remotely assist customer's desktop to give online assistance all without worrying about firewalls, IP addresses and NAT.
Launch the downloaded program.
It may be in your Downloads folder.
Give the 9-digit number by emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org
When you want to end the support session, be sure to quit the program.
This ensures your computer cannot be remotely accessed any more until you download and run the program again.
The Remote Assistance Session is not an entitlement and not part of the web hosting package.
The Remote Assistance Session will be recommended to the customer on a case-by-case basis by the datacentre.
Scheduling will be done according to the datacentre timeline.
Advance booking of 2 working days is needed to Request for a Remote Assistance Session.
