Technical Support Policy


Venture Domain Hosting is responsible for supporting our clients by isolating specific problems that may be encountered by using your Venture Domain Hosting Virtual Server.

This, however, does not include fulfilling any programming based requests, including CGI, PHP or script installation & debugging or user configuration requests. We will, however, provide basic assistance and advice based on your description of the problem which you may have encountered.

Venture Domain Hosting will not offer technical support for third party vendor products that are not part of the existing server services. If you have such a problem that is not specific to installation procedures, please refer your questions to the vendor of the program.

Venture Domain Hosting will not offer technical support for Internet Service Provider related issues such as being unable to access the Internet. If you have such a problem that is not specific to installation procedures, please refer your questions to your specific ISP.

If you so wish for Venture Domain Hosting to provide additional technical support for the purposes of installing/debugging your 3rd party CGI, PHP scripts/software; and/or provide additional support outside the stipulated support hours, please contact our Sales Department for pricing details.

All users are encouraged to email our Customer Support in logging the support ticket where it will be tracked and managed by our Customer Support Executives. 

All support requests will be attended to within a 24 hours response time.
