Domain Name Transfer Policy

1.  Transfer-in (from other registrar to Venture Domain Hosting) 
A domain password from the current registrar is required to effect the transfer. Please approach the current registrar for the domain control panel password (if applicable) and the authorization code for transfer. On receiving your password, please forward it to us at support@vdomainhost.com.sg

2. Transfer-out (from Venture Domain Hosting to another provider) 
A Domain Name Transfer Out fee from the Domain Name Registrar is applicable for transfer out of domain names. Domain Name Transfer Out requests must be made in writing to support@vdomainhost.com.sg at least 90 days before the expiry date of the Domain Name. If the Domain Name Transfer Out request is made less than 90 days before the expiry date of the domain name, the Domain Name Owner must first renew the Domain Name with the Domain Name Registrar, in addition to the Domain Name Transfer Out fee.

3. Transfer of Registrant/Owner 
Both the current registrant ("transferor") and the new registrant ("transferee") should fill in the Ownership Transfer Form (PDF). A confirmatory letter printed on letterhead from the transferor confirming the transfer of the domain names(s) must be submitted together with the ownership transfer form. All documents are to be submitted in original form to Venture Domain Hosting, Thomson Road Post Office P.O Box 192 Singapore 915707. A fee of S$100 is applicable for registrant transfer.

4. Request of Domain Name Authorization Code 
The current registrant ("transferor") should fill in the Domain Name Authorization Request Form (PDF) to request for the Domain Name Authorization Code needed for the transfer. All documents are to be submitted in original form to Venture Domain Hosting, Thomson Road Post Office P.O Box 192 Singapore 915707. A fee of S$100 is applicable for the request of a Domain Name Authorization Code.

Venture Domain Hosting reserves the right not to transfer a domain name if the correct authority has not been obtained from either party. The transfer fees will not be refunded if a request is found to lack the correct authority.
