Domain Name Late Payment And Reinstatement Charges

Please note that the following fees is for reference and may be subject to change by the domain name registrar. Venture Domain Hosting will issue an invoice for collection of these fees where applicable.

All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD)

1. Late Payment Fee for Domain Name Renewal
Please note that the Domain Registrar will SUSPEND your domain name upon reaching the domain name's expiry date if payment is not made before the expiry date. You may still renew your domain within 30 days after the expiry date, but there is a Domain Late Payment Fee starting from SGD $172.04 onwards. This is in addition to the Domain Name Renewal Fee + Domain Name Reinstatement Fee. After the expiry date, a new invoice for the Domain Name Renewal Fee + the Domain Late Payment Fee + Domain Name Reinstatement Fee will be emailed to you should you wish to renew and activate your domain name. You may not be able to renew and activate your domain name after 30 days from the expiry date

2. Domain Name Reinstatement Fee (COM.SG/.SG)
Please note that the Domain Registrar will SUSPEND your domain name upon reaching the domain name's expiry date if payment is not made before the expiry date. You may still renew your domain within 30 days after the expiry date, but there is a Domain Late Payment Fee starting from SGD $172.04 onwards. This is in addition to the Domain Name Renewal Fee + Domain Name Reinstatement Fee. Please note that the Domain Registrar will SUSPEND your domain name upon reaching the domain name's expiry date if payment is not made before the expiry date. You may still renew your domain within 30 days after the expiry date, but there is a Domain Late Payment Fee starting from SGD $172.04 onwards. This is in addition to the Domain Name Renewal Fee + Domain Name Reinstatement Fee. After the expiry date, a new invoice for the Domain Name Renewal Fee + the Domain Late Payment Fee + Domain Name Reinstatement Fee will be emailed to you should you wish to renew and activate your domain name. You may not be able to renew and activate your domain name after 30 days from the expiry date.

4. Request for Domain Name Auth Code (EPP Code) 
Please note that the Domain Registrar will SUSPEND your domain name upon reaching the domain name's expiry date if payment is not made before the expiry date. You may still renew your domain within 30 days after the expiry date, but there is a Domain Late Payment Fee starting from SGD $172.04 onwards. This is in addition to the Domain Name Renewal Fee. After the expiry date, a new invoice for the Domain Name Renewal Fee + the Domain Late Payment Fee will be emailed to you. You will not be able to renew your domain name after 30 days from the expiry date. You will need to pay all the above fees on top of the Domain Name Auth Code (EPP Code) Administrative Fee should you wish to transfer your domain name to another domain name registrar after your domain name has expired.

5. Request to Change Domain Name Registrant Contact 
Please note that there is an administrative fee of SGD 99.78 to change your domain name registrant contact to another registrant and/or company.

6. Domain Name Local Contact
Some domain names will require a local contact to be able to register. Please contact our Finance Department for more information.

7. Configuration of DNS Server
Please note that there is an administrative fee of SGD 87.37 to update your DNS Server setting on your behalf.
